Welcome to the Terms of Service (the "Agreement") for the educational consulting services provided by Dr. Sophia Khousadian (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Services Provided: Our educational consulting services and products aim to provide guidance, support, and advice to clients seeking assistance with educational planning, college admissions, career counseling, institutional improvement and related areas. 3. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself and your  goals. You understand that the effectiveness of our services relies on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. You are responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information.
4. Confidentiality: We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. We will handle all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with electronic communications, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
5. Fees and Payments: The fees for our Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or as communicated to you. Payment terms and methods will be provided for your convenience. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information, associated with our Services and materials provided by us remain our sole property. 8. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations will remain due and payable. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitations of Liability), and 9 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
10. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website or by providing notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
